Smoothies are such a joy. Smoothies taste great, satiate, and are a breeze to make. One of the smoothies I adore is cranberry love. It’s pure deliciousness. If you want to add an amazing smoothie recipe to your arsenal, then this is it.
Cranberry Love
(US size cup and tbsp)
Ingredients
3 large ripe bananas
1 cup (100 g) fresh cranberries
4 Medjool dates, pitted
1 tbsp sea moss gel
1 cup (235 ml) water
Method
Add the ingredients to a high-speed (vacuum) blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass or mason jar and sip away.
